Le Coco, a brand by Bhavnagri Chocolates and Confectioneries, produces all its products in small batches at our Central Kitchen in Pune, handcrafted with care.

We prioritize quality and take the utmost care during the manufacturing and packaging of the products you order. It is our constant endeavor to provide you with top-notch products and customer service, ensuring that you are delighted with your overall experience.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, specifications, and pricing, there may be occasional errors.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time, or if products are out of stock.

All products are freshly made before dispatch. Our products stay fresh for 30-90 days (based on the product) from the manufacturing date. To maintain freshness and crunchiness, please store them in an airtight container after opening.

Timelines will be confirmed based on the quantity and circumstances via email or phone after the order is placed. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Le Coco is not liable for any delays or damages caused by the courier or shipping provider.

We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient. 

As a manufacturer of perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We kindly request that any concerns regarding your order be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery, so we can promptly address and resolve them for you.

Since taste is subjective, we cannot accept refund requests based on personal taste preferences.

All our products are heat sensitive. To ensure a longer shelf life, please store them in a cool, ambient temperature. We take care to package and dispatch products to protect them, but we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, especially during hot summer days.

Due to our manufacturing processes, our products may not be suitable for individuals with nut or dairy allergies.

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order, as we prepare all products fresh for your order. It may not be possible to cancel or modify your order after this period.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to provide resolution at our discretion. Each request will be treated individually.

Trademark and License

Le Coco and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on lecoco.in. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from lecoco.in for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

No use of Le Coco’s name, logo, or other artwork is allowed without proper authorization, as it may result in a trademark license issue. This website contains material owned by or licensed to us, including but not limited to, the design, layout, appearance, graphics, packaging, and photography.

Republishing, selling, reproducing, duplicating, copying, or redistributing content or material from Le Coco is prohibited. Unauthorized use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offense.
