All our products are crafted and packaged with extreme care to ensure they reach you in the best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages to your products, we can only provide a refund in the form of store credit. No monetary refunds will be provided.

We have made every effort to display the appearance of our products as accurately as possible on our website and to ensure that the colors of the packaging shown on the screen are as close as possible to the actual packaging colors. However, the actual product and packaging colors you see on your screen may vary depending on your monitor, screen settings, and resolution.

All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, slight variations may occur between products, which are not considered defects.

We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked for any damages before they leave our Central Kitchen. We do not claim responsibility or provide refunds if the products are damaged during delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order, as we prepare all products fresh for your order. It will not be possible to cancel or modify your order after 12 hours.
